Who we are - LeadingTransit.org is a private community for public-sector transit professionals across the U.S. and Canada. We facilitate exclusive interviews, strategy insights, product profiles, and the member discussions that connect them to practice. We also provide educational content and briefing notes to support day-to-day decisions.
Content – Our strategies, product and service profiles, and briefings are living resources. They are continuously refined and automatically kept current using real-world, private feedback from members. Discussion happens in a closed environment so insights reflect practical experience rather than marketing claims, and updates are made without vendor influence or bias.
Who can join - Employees of public transit agencies and authorities, and municipal, regional, provincial/state, and federal departments with transit responsibilities. Approval and verification required. Private-sector vendors, consultants, and contracted operators (including O&M providers) are not eligible for membership.
Editorial independence - Vendor-neutral and ad-free. No sponsored posts or pay-to-play. Vendors cannot access member discussions or data; any invited private-sector experts contribute under a firewall/recusal policy and have no editorial control.

LeadingTransit.org is published by Energy Enclosures Ltd. (EEL). Founded in 2017 and registered in Canada, EEL designs and operates high-impact digital media platforms for the North American public sector, and publishes the content on them.
